Candice Peak

Candice, one of our Handle Bar master instructors, helps lead and develop the newest members of the team and trains them on the Handle Bar method.
 
Candice creates a challenging journey on the bike with control and commands your attention from start to finish. She'll serve up loads of hip hop and EDM beats that will leave you feeling strong, fierce and confident.


Candice Peak instructs the following:
  • The Handle Bar 45
  • HB 45 is a 45 minute cycling session set to the beat of the MUSIC that gets you going. Weighted bars are used for a portion of the workout to incorporate upper body toning into the class. The format is designed to challenge your endurance and rid toxins from your system. Especially great for a Sunday evening restart. ;) The workout is infused with intensity, but still suitable for all skill levels. Get ready to SWEAT, INSPIRE, TRANSFORM, and RAISE THE BAR.

  • The Handle Bar 60
  • HB 60 is an hour-long cycling session set to the beat of the MUSIC that gets you going. Weighted bars are used for a portion of the workout to incorporate upper body toning into the class. The longer format is designed to challenge your endurance and rid toxins from your system. Especially great for a Saturday morning boost ;) The workout is infused with intensity, but still suitable for all skill levels. Get ready to SWEAT, INSPIRE, TRANSFORM, and RAISE THE BAR!
