Margaret Cally instructs the following:
  • The HB Basics
  • The HB Basics is a 60-minute fundamentals ride that walks you through every step of a classic HB ride. The goal is to arm you with all the necessary knowledge and tools you'll need to bring your best to a Handle Bar ride.
     
    The instructor will explain riding to the beat in great detail and will culminate the intensive workshop with a condensed ride where you'll apply everything you learned.
     
    You'll learn about the beats per minute of each song and how to position your body to successfully ride to the beat and have fun dancing on a bike!
     
    We encourage new and returning riders to try out this class and see how they can improve their riding in future classes. 
     
     

  • The Handle Bar 45
  • HB 45 is a 45 minute cycling session set to the beat of the MUSIC that gets you going. Weighted bars are used for a portion of the workout to incorporate upper body toning into the class. The format is designed to challenge your endurance and rid toxins from your system. Especially great for a Sunday evening restart;) The workout is infused with intensity, but still suitable for all skill levels. Get ready to SWEAT, INSPIRE, TRANSFORM, and RAISE THE BAR!
