Born and raised in suburbia right outside of Washington, D.C., Jayne moved to Boston to attend college at Bentley University, fell in love with the city and hasn't left since. A competitive athlete since childhood, Jayne has always had an affinity for sports and fitness of all kinds. After taking her first spin class over five years ago, she was instantly hooked to the high energy and rhythmic experience. Now she uses her years of sports training and sense of humor to bring her riders an athletic, music-driven dance party with a focus on not taking yourself too seriously. Jayne's classes are created with a "work hard, play harder" attitude and will leave riders feeling challenged, inspired, and dripping with sweat. Outside of The Handle Bar, Jayne is a PR Manager at a boutique agency in the Seaport.
