Sarah Coppinger

Sarah Copp has been teaching at The Handle Bar since the Fenway studio opened in 2014. Her background in dance got her hooked to the rhythm-driven ride and her passion for music drove her to lead classes as an instructor. To her, there’s nothing more motivating than a fire song in a spin class. In her class, she wants you to leave everything at the door and lose your mind as soon as that beat drops. Work hard, sweat it all out and leave feeling high off those powerful endorphins. You can find Sarah at all three HB studios.

what’s your favorite time of day?
Morning. I never feel more prepared to tackle my day than when I wake up to run or teach an early bird cycling class. And if I’m lucky, I get to catch the sunrise. 🙂

what’s your favorite workout to balance cycling classes?
I love running, but hot yoga has swiftly become a favorite. Nothing feels better than stretching out the limbs after a ride at The HB.

what are your words to live by?
“There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now. And you may as well do it now. Now is as good a time as any.”
