When will I be charged for my auto-renewal?

Our rolling month unlimited activates upon purchase date. So if you buy your package on the 1st of the month, you will continue to be charged on the 1st of every month. If you buy on the 20th, you will be charged on the 20th of the following month.


The rolling month is cheaper than the regular month unlimited, why?

The rolling month comes with a 6 month contract, we made it a little cheaper to reward you for being a loyal client!


Are there any riding limitations with this package?

The only limitation is a max of 2 rides per day.


I started the rolling unlimited 2 months ago and just found out I need to move for work, am I able to cancel before the 6 month mark?

Yes, we are able to cancel your contract, but there is a $50 fee in doing so. If you need to cancel before the 6 month mark please email info@handlebarcycling. We will need 7 days notice prior to next bill date to avoid further charges.


What happens when my 6 months is up?

Your package will continue to auto-renew until you reach out for cancellation. You cancel without charge at any time after your first 6 months. To cancel anytime after the 6 month mark email info@handlebarcycling. We will need 7 days notice prior to next bill date to avoid further charges.


I’m traveling for 7 days, am I able to freeze my package?

Yes. Only under our rolling month is freezing available. We will need 5 days notice of the freeze and to know the amount of time that it is being suspended for. You cannot freeze your membership for less than 7 days or more than 30 days. You can freeze once every 6 months without charge, but after the first freeze we will charge a $15 fee to pause again. Please note that if you freeze your package, your payment date is subject to change.


What is the cancellation fee for the rolling unlimited?

The cancellation fee is the same as our regular month unlimited. Any no-show, or cancellation within 12 hours of class start time will result in a $15 fee.
