Alli grew up in Danvers, MA, where she spent most of her time hopping from rink to rink playing hockey. 15+ years of 5:00am practices laid the foundation for Alli’s lifelong love of fitness, as she now serves as a full-time Handle Bar instructor, Southie Studio Manager and Director of Events and Partnerships.
A proud UMass Amherst alum, Alli majored in Sport Management and Marketing and played right wing for the UMass Women’s Ice Hockey team. After graduation, Alli traveled through South Africa for one month before beginning a job with the New England Patriots in corporate partnerships. There, she fell in love with events and knew she wanted to blend her passions for Boston, fitness and events into a career. Alli found The Handle Bar in 2017, instantly fell in love with the welcoming community and never looked back!
Alli’s classes are filled with hard-hitting hip hop, rap and EDM remixes that leave you breathless, dripping in sweat and feeling like a total badass! Outside the studio you can find Alli hunting down the best sushi bar in Boston, quoting scenes from The Office and listening to true crime podcasts while overstaying her welcome in coffee shops.
