I'm new to spinning, what should I expect?

Lots of fun and TONS of sweat. The difficulty of the class is at your discretion. The resistance knob is located on your bike and only you can adjust it. If you’re feeling too tired, lessen the resistance and keep pedaling. If you’re feeling great, add on more. More resistance, more results.

When should I arrive?

During this time of COVID-19, we open up our studios 15 minutes before class time, to better control and monitor the number of riders in and out of the studio and keep everyone safe and distanced. All riders must arrive FIVE MINUTES prior to the start of class, as we will begin giving bikes away to wait-listed riders around the 5-minute mark. If you are running late, no problem – give us a call and we will hold your bike. We ask that no one begin class more than 10 minutes late.

Do I need bike shoes?

We recommend that everyone purchase a pair of bike shoes if they plan to participate in cycling, both indoors and outdoors. Our bikes are not compatible with regular sneakers, so we offer complimentary shoe rental. The cycling shoes clip into the pedals and create a more powerful stroke than regular sneakers. “Clipping in” is a great way to feel even more connected to the bike and to the class. Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats.

Do you sell water?

Yes! We sell cold bottled water at the front desk.

Do I need to make a reservation for class?

We request that you make a reservation if you plan to attend a class. At this time during COVID-19, we are not accepting walk-in reservations. You can make a reservation online up to 7 days in advance. We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. You must have a valid class or class package on your account in order to reserve a bike.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reserved bike 12 hours prior to the start of class and it will be returned to your package. For more on canceling, please read our cancellation policy.

What is your refund policy?

We have a strict no-refund policy so please do not purchase classes or packages unless you are sure you will use them. We do offer account credit if you would like to return one package in exchange for another.

What is the age requirement to ride?

We do not allow riders under the age of 16. 16 and 17 year olds must obtain a parent signature on our liability waiver prior to taking their first class.
