We know entering a brand new fitness community can feel daunting at first. Here are some helpful rules of the road that will make you feel like a veteran in no time.

Arrive early. Plan to get to the studio 15 minutes before the start of class to ensure you’re checked-in and ready to sweat with no stress or rush. Clients that arrive less than 5 minutes before class start time are subject to losing their spot.

Unplug. We expect all of our clients to respect each other’s time. We ask that you leave your cell phones and other electronic devices with the rest of your belongings outside of the workout space. Apple watches and other fitness trackers should be set to theater mode.

Move as One. We feed off the rhythm of our neighbors. Be sure to stay in the present moment, listen and follow along with the room as best you can. If you want to do your own thing, we highly encourage that, but please don’t reserve a spot in the front row.  When the room moves together, the energy can’t be beat!

Be Respectful. Our studios are a shared space. Be mindful of your belongings in the lobby areas and locker rooms, and leave room for other clients to put their things and for our staff to readily do their job. Please also be conscious of time spent in restrooms and showers, especially during peak times.
