FRONT DESK
The HB Desk team is the first face our members see when they walk in the door. We pride ourselves in radiating positivity and welcoming everyone who comes in to the studio with a warm, approachable manner. The front desk acts similarly to the front of house at a restaurant — moving quickly and efficiently, but always with finesse. The ideal front desk applicant is a stellar multitasker and a total people person.
*Please note that the hiring timeline is based on the scheduling needs of each studio! If you are interested in applying for a Desk Staff position, please reach out to the manager of the studio you’re looking to work at. We will reach out if/when your availability matches those needs.*
Hours: Vary, typically 8-10/week
INSTRUCTOR
The Handle Bar instructor role is a highly sought-after position, and of course an extremely important one within our organization. We look for candidates that are excellent riders, natural leaders, and gifted community builders. The application and audition process is highly competitive. After at least one, typically multiple audition rounds, chosen candidates are accepted into a Handle Bar training program and begin training on The Handle Bar method.
Our instructor team is a constantly growing group of confident individuals who can command with their presence and lead a room with skilled and knowledgeable instruction. Instructors teach anywhere from 2 to 10 classes a week, with frequent opportunities to add more to their schedule.
