Membership Policies:

All of our memberships have a 3-month commitment.

Cancelling before the 3-month minimum will incur a fee of 50% of your monthly membership charge.
You may freeze your membership once per calendar year for a minimum of 10-days and a maximum of 30-days.

Reservation Policies:

Booking for clients on memberships open up at 12pm noon, 8-days in advance. Booking for clients on class packages open up at 12pm noon 7-days in advance. We do not accept unpaid reservations over the phone or in person. Reservations must be made prior to arriving at the studio.

Grace Cancellations, Late Cancellations and No-Show Policies:

We have a strict 12-hour cancellation window.

Canceling outside of the 12-hour window is considered a “grace cancellation”, and your credit will be returned to your account within 1-hour.
Canceling within that 12-hour window is considered a “late cancellation” and results in a $10 fee, and your credit will be returned to your account within 24-hours.
Not attending a class that you have reserved is considered a “no-show” and results in a $25 fee and the loss of your credit

We release spots to the waitlist 5-minutes prior to the start of class. If you are not in the building at this time you are subject to losing your spot.

Waitlist Policy:

You may get off the waitlist anytime before the start of class. Please be sure to double check your email and app for an update.

By signing up for the waitlist you are signing up for class. Should you no longer intend to take class we ask that you remove yourself from the waitlist. By removing yourself from the waitlist prior to class start time you will not be penalized for a late-cancellation or no-show. Should you get off the waitlist prior to class start time you are responsible for showing up or canceling your spot on the app or on our website.
