Alessandra (aka Aly G) fell in love with The Handle Bar at first sight on a cold, snowy January day. Post graduating from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) where she played lacrosse and double majored in Environmental Science and Cello Performance, Aly struggled to find a fitness community that honored both the athlete and musician in her. She immediately felt at home at the HB with the challenging interval-style workout and strong beats.
