Jarred started spinning because he was craving movement that was fun, musically driven, and rewarding. Jarred’s classes are community centered, so expect to sing & dance with your neighbor, all while challenging yourself both mentally and physically. His taste is in music is quite eclectic, so expect music from all genres and time periods, from instant hits to songs you’ve never heard of, and lots and lots of themes!
