What is your spirit animal and why?

My spirit animal is definitely a goat, because they’re goofy, like to jump off things, and scream a lot.

What’s your favorite food?

Fried pickles – COINS not spears

Why do you ride?

Riding is my escape–the bike room is my safe space, where I’m able to turn off the pressures and stress of my day and focus solely on being present in the moment. And the fact that I get to share that experience with people in my classes makes riding that much more special to me.
