FLOW at 401 Park

Led by Margaret Harrison, these 60 minute twilight yoga classes will reset your body and your mind. Margaret will lead participants on a music-inspired vinyasa flow aiming to release physical and emotional tension and leave you feeling rejuvenated and clear. Classes will be held on the following Tuesdays at 6pm at 401 Park in The Fenway: June 6th, June 20th, July 18th, August 1st, August 15th, August 29th, September 12th and September 26th. Each class will begin at 6pm and run for one hour. Attendees must bring their own mat or blanket to participate. All levels welcome. Sign-up 7 days in advance through our Fenway location.


Led by Jess Fracalossi, these 50 minute hybrid classes combine indoor spinning with outdoor strength training. Attendees will begin in our Charlestown studio with a interval style ride loaded with runs, pushes, and climbs against resistance. After the final sprint, attendees will grab a kettlebell and walk outdoors to complete the strength portion of the class. The strength section will include foundational kettlebell movements that build to a full body kettlebell flow. All levels welcome. Classes will take place every Wednesday at 12pm, beginning June 15th and will run through the end of August. Sign up 7 days in advance through our Charlestown location. 3 hour free garage parking at 100 Hood Park. 

HB CIRCUIT at Ink Underground

HB CIRCUIT is an outdoor interval style class that consists of strength training, metabolic conditioning, plyometrics and core exercises.  The class will be station based and will use equipment; Kettlebells, battle ropes, rope ladders, med balls and more. The class is 45 minutes in length and will take place at Ink Underground on select Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays beginning in late June.  All levels welcome.
